In addition to those states, LoanLock Prime offers Business Purpose loans in the following states:

AL, AK, AR, CO, CT, DC, FL (1-4 units), GA, HI, ID (5+ units), IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NY, NC (5+ units), ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD (if non-residential is not sole business), TN, TX, VA, VT (1-4 units), WA, WV, WI, WY.

LoanLock Prime conducts the business of purchasing closed mortgage loans and master servicing mortgage loans in states that do not require licensure for such activities under the applicable laws of those states.
